FREE set up. Our set up process takes over 4-5 days period. We provide display tables, locking cases for valuables and organize household contents for the sale.
FREE permits. We obtain the proper permits and set up directional traffic signs.
FREE advertising. We make calls to place advertising promotion such as newspaper ads, email motices, website posting, personal alerts, and flyers to attract the most customers to your estate sale.
FREE moving. All unsold items by the end of the estate sale will be moved to our showroom at the same commission to get the best value for your items.
FREE inventory list. We provide an inventory for all items over $100 in value. We have a team of experts to provide the best appraisal and research for your valuables.
